Mission Critical, Inc. prides itself on quick issue resolution. Submitting a ticket below is the fastest and most preferred way to get your issue resolved. Please include as much detail as possible on the form below.

We rank support tickets by order of severity. Please remember that support issues fall into 2 main categories;

  1. Blocking Issue - The most severe issue is one in which you are blocked from your database. This means you cannot log in to Odoo or that you cannot open the apps your business needs to run on. These 
  2. Anything Else - Most issues can be resolved same day or within 24 hours. And although it may be inconvenient we may recommend a work-around until your business closes for the day.

We do not push code updates during an active work day to avoid any further business interruptions. So although we will try to resolve most issues same day, we may need an overnight period when the business is closed to push code updates if required.
